Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Non-returnable items:

Items marked as final sale

Gift cards

Opened or used accessories (e.g. cables, screen protectors, earphones), unless defective


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Include clear photos and a description of the issue.

We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, email us at support@lovagadget.com
with your order details.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
